Clinical Services: Individual Psychotherapy for adults
My approach
Throughout life, our attention and energy can often be directed away from ourselves as we search for happiness and fulfillment within our relationships, career, and elsewhere. Therapy is a place to pause and reflect on this journey to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and chart a path forward. My approach in therapy is grounded in your unique needs, strengths, history, and identities. I draw upon my extensive training and experience in evidence-based psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral treatments to develop a treatment plan based on your background and goals.

Insurance
Out-of-Network:
I am an out-of-network provider. Many insurance plans provide reimbursement for individual psychotherapy. I can provide you with the necessary information and documentation to submit for reimbursement. You can use Nirvana, a reimbursement calculator, to estimate your insurance reimbursement for psychotherapy. Alternatively, you can call your insurance company. Here are some important questions to ask your insurance provider regarding out-of-network coverage and reimbursement:
-
What is the process for filing a reimbursement claim?
-
Does my insurance provider offer out-of-network coverage for mental health services?
-
What is my annual deductible?
-
What percentage of the psychotherapy session fee is reimbursed?
-
Does my plan have a session limit?

Fees
My out-of-network fee is $250 per session. I offer a limited number of sliding scale fee options based on need and availability.
